Marie France Van Damme offers free international priority shipping within 24 hours of placing your order. Each purchase is delivered in one of our bespoke gift boxes and you have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it, free of charge.

Marie France Van Damme offers free international priority shipping. Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and it will be dispatched within 24 hours.
We will accept order cancellations and modifications at any time before shipment. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or modified, however, it can be returned free of charge (within 7 days) should you so wish.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it, free of charge. Items must be returned to us unused with all original tags and labels, in their original packaging.
If return forms are included in your package, please follow the instructions. If for some reason they are not present, please email sales@mariefrancevandamme.com and a return slip will be issued to you.
Where provided, belts and any MFVD packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and will be sent back to the customer.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all MFVD garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted, and will be kept at our warehouse at the customer’s disposal for 30 days from the date of receipt. After this time, MFVD reserves the right to dispose of such goods and no further claims will be entertained.
Please group all returns from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account due to varying processing times between banks and payment providers.

All of our products are checked piece by piece for any faults before shipment. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us no later than seven business days from the date of receipt.
Every effort has been made to display the true colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee every colour will be completely accurate.
Marie France Van Damme insures all shipments from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it reaches your preferred delivery address. We require the signature of an adult aged 18 years or over. Upon signed receipt of goods, the responsibility of the purchase is passed on to the customer.
